Memory, by definition is "an organisms ability to store, retain, and subsequently recall information". How does the human mind construct memories? Even with new advances in the study of the mind and memory many of the mechanisms of such are not well understood. It is thought that specific types of memory are linked to specific parts of the mind, yet we still do not know how the mind makes sense of these disparate elements and arranges them into a single memory. My work is a product of this function, and the architecture of how one's mind "builds" memories. |
